HOUSE RULES #SHARING for service users

  1. 1. It is necessary that the parking of vehicles from the sharing (hereinafter sharing) system be in the pilot parking lots * service users receive a discount if they return the vehicle to the pilot parking lot (locations from the Graphic Study, and in accordance with the Decision of the Secretariat for Traffic, number: D 11-341 / 22-194);
  2. Maximum allowed speed 20 km/h;
  3. Parking of vehicles must be done in a way that does not interfere with the movement of persons with disabilities and pedestrians;
  4. It is not allowed to use vehicles under the influence of psychoactive substances;
  5. Users of sharing system services are obliged to move on bicycle paths and lanes, during which they are obliged to reduce their speed to 2-4 km/h at intersections and turns;
  6. Service users are especially obliged to respect traffic signals;
  7. Service users are obliged to wear adequate protective equipment while driving;
  8. Service users must not be persons under the age of 18;
  9. Service users are obliged to comply with the rules of the Law on Road Traffic Safety (“Official Gazette of Montenegro”, No. 33/12, 58 /, 14/17, 66/19) in everything that is not explicitly stated in this house rule).

HOUSE RULES #SHARING for service providers

  1. Providers of sharing system services are obliged to remove a vehicle that is not parked in accordance with the rules of this house rule within 60 minutes; * Exception if the means of transport is located within the premises of the company in which the user is employed, with the obligatory permission of the employer;
  2. Service providers are obliged to check the users of their application for compliance with all house rules and inform the Secretariat for Traffic of the Capital Podgorica about it, in the form of a report, on a monthly basis;
  3. Service providers are obliged to provide the competent authorities of the Capital City of Podgorica with insight into the previous and current movement of all users (real time and history data);
  4. Service providers are obliged to oblige all users to sign this house rule (digital acceptance certificate and KYC);
  5. Service providers are obliged to ensure compliance with the rules of this House Rules and the Law on Road Traffic Safety (“Official Gazette of Montenegro”, No. 33/12, 58 /, 14/17, 66/19) by users;
  6. Service providers are obliged to restore the means of transport to their original and correct condition;
  7. Service providers are obliged to register and insure their services in accordance with the legal regulations of Montenegro
  8. Service providers are obliged to ensure that users responsibly and correctly follow the rules of this house rule.
