Information regarding the organisation of Podgorica Pazar

Due to the great interest of the public for the organization of the Podgorica Pazar, we inform you the following:

The organization of the Podgorica Pazar includes the adoption of a Decision in the Assembly of the Capital City, the announcement of a public call for the house distribution, the announcement of a public call for procurement of technical equipment, the creation of the program of the event, the selection of contractors and the coordinated daily monitoring of the organizational team work.

Podgorički Pazar is an event that the current city administration started in 2019, with the aim of completely changing the concept of celebrating New Year’s holidays, following the example of many European countries that have a long tradition when it comes to the organization of similar events. In a short time, Pazar became recognizable both in Montenegro and beyond. This event greatly improved the overall cultural and touristic offer of the capital city.

Bearing in mind that the constitution of the new convocation of the Assembly of the Capital City and the city administration is expected, we sincerely hope that this event will continue to live and become a tradition, to the delight of our fellow citizens.
