New on the repertoire at Cineplexx Big Fashion cinema:

VERITY — The movie “Verity” brings a psychological thriller based on the bestselling novel of the same name by author Colleen Hoover. Starring Dakota Johnson, Anne Hathaway, and Josh Hartnett. Lowen Ashleigh (Dakota Johnson) is a young writer who receives an unusual task — to finish a popular book series by author Verity Crawford (Anne Hathaway), who is no longer able to write following a severe accident. Lowen moves into the Crawford family home to study her notes and find material to continue the series. However, among the manuscripts, she discovers an autobiographical text that reveals dark and disturbing details about the family’s life. As she tries to uncover what really happened, Lowen increasingly doubts the story the family presents to her as the truth. The line between fiction and reality becomes blurrier, and the secrets she uncovers could have dangerous consequences. The film will premiere as part of the Bestseller Night themed event on Thursday, October 1st at 8 PM.
