The European Youth Capital Podgorica 2028 program continues – and now it is time for young people to recognize the challenge, propose a solution, and spark a change!

💡 Sign up for the Public Policy Hackathon “Move the City” and present your idea for a better quality of life for youth in Podgorica.

With the support of the Capital City Assembly members and experts from relevant fields, participants will develop their ideas into concrete, well-argued, and applicable public policy proposals.

Your idea can relate to:

🔹 Greater youth participation in decision-making;
🔹 New spaces and content for youth;
🔹 Better educational, professional, and developmental opportunities;
🔹 A more accessible and inclusive city;
🔹 Other challenges affecting the quality of life for youth in Podgorica.

We are not just looking for you to recognize a problem – we are looking for a solution that can make a real difference!

🏆 The highest-ranked solutions will be awarded, and the selected ideas and recommendations will be forwarded to the Capital City Assembly for further consideration and potential implementation.

We especially encourage applications from young people of various educational and social profiles, including youth from rural areas and members of marginalized and underrepresented groups.
