The Montenegro Youth Activism Network is organizing a workshop dedicated to the mental and physical health of young people, as well as practical techniques for everyday life.
We will go through key topics that directly affect our daily routine, focus, and energy.
Through the “Mind & Body Lab”, we will talk about:
🍂 How to recognize signs of mental fatigue and learn effective coping strategies for dealing with pressure.
⏳ How to better manage your day and maintain productivity without burnout.
☕ What caffeine, sugar, and energy drinks actually do to your body and how they affect your well-being.
🌱 Practical advice and interactive exercises for better self-care.
