✨ On the plateau in front of the “Radosav Ljumović” Library, as part of the June program of the “Podgorica Cultural Summer” event, on Thursday at 11:30 AM, the exhibition “55 Years of the Risto Stijović Gallery – Architecture: Projects and Realizations” will open.

🔹 The curator of the exhibition is art historian Slađana Žunjić, who notes:

“The exhibition deals with the architectural space in which the Gallery was located during its 55 years of existence. It is a research-based exhibition grounded in gallery and museum documentation, project and textual materials, as well as texts published in contemporary press. The exhibition is accompanied by original projects, some of which will be presented to the public.

The aim of the exhibition is to present various design concepts by Montenegrin architects Pavle Popović, Milan Popović, Mirjana Sekulić, Ljiljana Braletić, Velibor Radonjić, and Aleksa Dajović, interior architect Slobodan Slovinić, and landscape architect Vesna Jovović. The exhibition is also significant for drawing attention to the value of architectural documentation and emphasizing its importance as part of museum collections.”

✨ The exhibition is organized through the cooperation of the Public Institution Museums and Galleries of Podgorica and the Secretariat for Culture of the Capital City, as part of the “Podgorica Cultural Summer” program.
