Located not far from Podgorica, the Kučke Planina are the true empire of the natural diversity of Montenegro. Only about 50 km from the widest valley in the country, people can enjoy a really high area that is otherwise too much of an obstacle for all those who can spoil it.
The location of this mountain massif is truly fantastic: all visitors are blessed with beautiful views of most of southern and eastern Montenegro, as well as parts of Albania and Kosovo. This rugged area combines all karst landforms, stunningly high peaks and glacial lakes.
