The monument is located at the end of the Revolution Boulevard, between the Radio Television of Montenegro (RTCG) and the Kruševac business center. The monument represents a typical figure of a Montenegrin from past times and is made of white marble.
The monument was erected in 2008 and is a work by the long-time RTCG employee, sculptor Milenko Vujošević, who donated the monument to RTCG and his city on this occasion.
