Osmanagić Mosque

The Osmanagić Mosque, as well as the Clock Tower, was built by Hadži Mehmed-paša Osmanagić, at the end of the 18th century. In the courtyard of the mosque, there is the Turbe of the builder, Mehmed-paša Osmanagić, where he is also buried. During World War II, it was severely damaged by bombing, and it remained in ruins until 1997, when it was extensively renovated.
