🌳 Nature Monument “Gorica Forest Park” is a story about nature and people — it is home to numerous plant and animal species, a place of gathering, peace, and inspiration, but also a lasting reminder of the people who planted it, nurtured it, and left it as a legacy for generations to come.

This day is also dedicated to them — the people whose hands planted the trees, whose hard work maintained and created the forest, and whose vision shaped Gorica as we know it today.

🏞️ The establishment of the Agency for the Management of Protected Areas of the Capital City created an important institutional framework for improving the protection and preservation of the Gorica Forest Park. Through activities aimed at protecting natural values, education, raising awareness, and involving citizens, the Agency works to ensure that Gorica remains a space of preserved nature, rich biodiversity, and shared responsibility. 🐦

🎨 Through an educational walk, art workshop, volunteer cleaning action, expert lecture, and music in nature, we celebrate nature and the people who protect it together. 🎶
