📖 Ljubinka Škodrić (Belgrade, 1975) is a Senior Research Associate at the Institute for Contemporary History in Belgrade. She graduated (2000), obtained her Master’s degree (2008), and earned her PhD (2015) from the Department of History at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade. From 2001 to 2018, she was employed at the State Archives of Serbia, where she achieved the rank of Archival Advisor.

She is the author of the monographs “The Ministry of Education and Religion in Serbia 1941-1944: The Fate of an Institution Under Occupation” (Belgrade: Archives of Serbia, 2009) and “Woman in Occupied Serbia 1941-1944” (Belgrade: Arhipelag, Institute for Contemporary History, 2020).

Her latest book, “Women of Goli Otok” (Belgrade: Vukotić Media, 2025), is one of the first comprehensive studies on the important topic of female Informbiro prisoners in this political prisoner complex. Her most recent scientific work focuses on the Yugoslav statesman Aleksandar Leka Ranković.
