Regional Exchange: Independent Cultural Scene – Methods of Struggle and Joint Action

We invite you to a discussion about the state of the independent cultural scene, working conditions, and spaces for action, open calls and funding, as well as the current Draft Law on Culture and the questions it raises for independent artists and organizations.
We will be speaking with a representative of Kooperativa (Croatia) and two representatives of the NKSS Association from Serbia.
This is a space for exchanging experiences, raising important questions, and discussing the challenges the independent scene faces today, but also the ways we can connect, act, and support one another.

We invite everyone who is a part of the independent scene, who creates it, supports it, or thinks about it, to join us!!
