📓The novel “Smrt bez samoglasnika” (Death Without Vowels) by author Sofija Kordić will be presented as part of the regular program of KIC “Budo Tomović” on Monday, September 14th, in the Multimedia Hall at 8 PM. Writer Nikola Nikolić will speak about the book with the author.

“Smrt bez samoglasnika” (Jesenski i Turk, 2025) is the new novel by journalist and writer Sofija Kordić, author of the novel “Hipofiza u egzilu” and the collection “Priče o neskladu”. The novel addresses themes of suicide, depression, and friendship, as well as questions regarding social circumstances and the attitudes of institutions toward mental health. It is shaped through two voices – the voice of the female narrator and the voice of her deceased friend, a Danish journalist who faced depression for years.
