The journey is within him and within us. It is a journey by chaises, horse-drawn carriages, trains, bicycles, words, thoughts, and on foot. It is a journey through people, through time, and through spaces: the Vojvodina plain and abandoned ranches, Hungarian estates, and Zvonko’s cities – Sombor, Subotica, Novi Sad, Belgrade… Slow, yet unexpected, the film moves through the songs of Zvonko Bogdan and an era that now lives on only within them.
