At the workshop “Intimate Scenes and Professional Roles on Set” with Anđela Rajić, we will discuss intimacy coordination through the experience of filmmakers and the perspective of psychotherapists.

Through the analysis of specific situations, the responsibilities of various crew members, the boundaries of professional roles, and ways to build a safer and more responsible working environment will be examined.

We invite actresses and actors, directors, production and other film crews, students, psychotherapists, trainees, as well as anyone interested in how safer professional relationships are built. Previous knowledge of intimacy coordination is not required.

Through concrete situations from the set, we look at where professional roles meet, where their boundaries are, and how to recognize when additional support is needed. What can we handle ourselves, and for what do we need another person, a different profession, or a different agreement?

The workshop is led by Anđela Rajić, a psychologist, actress, certified intimacy coordinator, and mental health coordinator. She gained her experience working on international film and television productions. In her work, she connects acting and psychology, focusing on consent, communication, and the psychological safety of performers.
