The life and work of athlete and sculptor Slavenko Rakočević will be the focus of the new edition of the panel discussion “Podgorica Stories,” which will be held on Tuesday, October 27, in the Multimedia Hall of KIC “Budo Tomović” at 8:00 PM. Through a reflection on his athletic success and the development of his sculptural work, the panel will offer an insight into different aspects of the professional and artistic engagement of one of the most prominent representatives of the Montenegrin sports and sculpture scene. The moderator of the panel is journalist Vanja Kovačević.

Slavenko Rakočević was born in 1958 in Kolašin. He has held solo exhibitions in Nicosia, Cyprus (1990), Caors (1991) and Saint-Émilion (1992) in France, Kolašin (1994, 2003), Podgorica and Nikšić (1997), Sveti Stefan (1998), Budva (2002), and Berane (2025). He lives and works in Podgorica.
