The 5th Annual ARCHITECTURE DAYS | October 2nd–4th, 2026 organized by the Chamber of Architects and Planners of Montenegro (@kaip.cg) in cooperation with the Association of Architects of Montenegro (@sacg.me) and the Faculty of Architecture, University of Montenegro (@afpodgorica).

The theme NEXT questions the direction in which architecture and society—consciously or unconsciously—are already moving.

NEXT implies a state of continuous questioning: how to design in times of uncertainty, how to rethink space amid the climate crisis, and how to redefine the role of the architect in the era of algorithms, data, and collective decision-making models. Globally, there is a growing shift toward reduction, reuse, and the transformation of the existing, replacing the idea of growth with the concepts of sustainability, circularity, and durability.

NEXT is a matter of ethical and intellectual positioning. It does not speak of what comes after, but of how we choose to act now—fully aware that architecture no longer just shapes space, but also the conditions of our survival within it.
