“What is Mirandolina’s destiny in a world ruled by Mammon, money, and greed? Are freedom and independence possible, or are they just grand illusions? What about love? What is the relationship between love and money, Eros and Mammon? For Baudrillard, art is an act of seduction. Mirandolina will tell us her story, like an artist playing out her life in the theater, constructing and deconstructing the narrative of a woman who values her own freedom above all else.”
