The concert of the MediBa Quartet titled “Across the Mediterranean to Berklee” will be held on Sunday, September 13, at 9 PM, on the Plateau in front of the Petrović Palace in Podgorica.

The MediBa Quartet consists of vocalist and pianist Maša Vujadinović, accordionist Jakob Kobal, cellist Queralt Giralt Soler, and drummer and percussionist Andrea Dionisi, coming from Montenegro, Slovenia, Catalonia, and Italy. Their artistic paths crossed at the Berklee College of Music in Boston (USA). Through joint performances in various ensembles and musical environments, they gradually developed a strong musical connection and a clear shared artistic vision, which inspired them to form this new acoustic ensemble.

The MediBa ensemble currently operates in the United States, and this summer it embarked on a European tour, during which it performed in Spain, Italy, and Slovenia. Following their performance in Montenegro, the MediBa Quartet returns to Italy, where they have been invited to perform at the prestigious Suoni delle Dolomiti festival, one of the most significant festivals that blends music with the unique natural ambiance of the Dolomites.
