Rotko Stjuart is an original music and visual project from Podgorica, born from the idea of a group of creatives to build a recognizable Montenegrin audio-visual brand through a virtual avatar, a band, and live performances. The project combines funk, disco, electro-pop, and urban music styles, accompanied by a strong retro visual identity and original video production.
Today, the Rotko Stjuart band consists of 10 members, and the project has evolved from a digital format into a complete live audio-visual performance, where shows are accompanied by video production as a key part of their stage identity. Music videos on the official Rotko Stjuart YouTube channel have gathered more than 500,000 views.
In 2026, audio production was completed for their first original 10-track album (‘Igram sad’, ‘On daje ti nešto (Splačina)’, ‘Na pirun pipun’, ‘Pjesma za Evroviziju / I Wanna Funk You’, ‘Ja više ne znam ko si’, ‘Oblaka provala’, ‘Bejbe’, ‘Muzičar amater’, ‘Sjedan padam’, and ‘Zapaliću’), with promotion planned for the upcoming period. While Rothko Stuart’s released songs spread organically across the regional music scene, the team is already working on their second album.
