📢 Students of the ballet department of the primary and secondary school will perform the play “The Giving Tree” in the Great Hall of KIC “Budo Tomović” on Wednesday, June 3 at 8:00 PM.

📌 Inspired by the book of the same name by Shel Silverstein, the performance tells a story of unconditional love, friendship, and selfless giving. Through a poetic stage expression and carefully designed choreography, the audience will follow the relationship between a boy and a tree that gives him everything it has throughout his life, asking for nothing in return.

A special impression is created in the finale, where despite time and sacrifice, new shoots grow from the old stump as a symbol of hope, continuity, and new beginnings, with the message that every tree remembers the love that grew under its branches.
