In Njegoš Park, you can visit an exhibition dedicated to the rich tradition of the Cultural and Artistic Society “Stanko Dragojević,” one of the symbols of cultural life in Podgorica. Through carefully selected photographs from the Society’s archive and private collections of its members, eight decades of togetherness, music, creativity, and achievements that have marked the history of this ensemble are presented.
The exhibition bears witness to a time when KUD “Stanko Dragojević” was one of the most important cultural centers of the city, bringing together generations of artists and preserving the tradition of choral and cultural creativity.
The displayed photographs were also used in the jubilee monograph by author Milorad Mićo Miranović, published on the occasion of the Society’s major anniversary.
With the revival of the choir last year, supported by the Capital City, the mission of preserving valuable cultural heritage and creating new artistic achievements has continued.
The exhibition will be open until June 5.
