Montenegrin Youth Orchestra, in cooperation with the Sekretarijat za kulturu Glavnog grada, is organizing a concert at Duklja on Sunday, May 24th, as part of the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the restoration of Montenegro’s independence 🇲🇪

The program includes a dramatic performance “The Deer in the Lost Paradise,” inspired by the text “Philosophical Ravines” by Justin Popović, as well as performances of works by contemporary world composers Arvo Pärt, Peteris Vasks, and John Tavener 🎻🎶

Later in the evening, the Montenegrin band Gospoda Glembajevi will perform three compositions with the orchestra, while the concert finale will feature “Hymn of Love,” performed by the Children’s Choir “St. Apostle and Evangelist Mark,” the band, and the orchestra 🎤🎼

The program represents a fusion of classical art, philosophy, and pop culture 🧑‍🎼✨
