The sequel to the cult film “The Devil Wears Prada 2” (2026), starring Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway and Emily Blunt in the leading roles, will be screened as part of the film programme of KIC “Budo Tomović” on Wednesday, May 27, in the digital cinema hall of KIC, at 8:00 PM.

The film follows the chief editor of Runway magazine, Miranda Priestly, as she tries to navigate a world in which print journalism is becoming obsolete. Fashion, once reserved for an exclusive circle, is now cheaper and global. Miranda seems not to fully understand this shift. In the trailer, she appears as a woman trying to preserve the old order—ruthless, and perhaps blind to change. With a mix of arrogance and cold determination, she fights against the decline of traditional magazines.

Her former assistant Emily Blunt (Emily) now plays a leading role in a luxury conglomerate and controls the advertising budget that Miranda’s magazine needs to survive. The spectacle for viewers unfolds in the clash between two women who, twenty years earlier, exchanged sharp and witty dialogue.

The screening will be organized according to the highest cinema standards, providing audiences with top-quality picture and sound.
