KIC “Budo Tomović”: Repertoire for March 2026

The Cultural and Informational Center “Budo Tomović” continues to promote diverse artistic practices and the work of local and international artists throughout March, featuring numerous programs, most of which are premieres.
The audience can expect a rich and varied theatrical repertoire this month:
- March 1st: Performance of “Anđela”, written by Stevan Koprivica and directed by Milan Karadžić.
- March 11th: Performance of “Jelena Savojska”, a co-production of KIC “Budo Tomović”, the “Nikola Đurković” Cultural Center from Kotor, and the KORIFEJ Theater from Kolašin.
- March 16th: Slavko Kalezić’s new original project, the monodrama “A Love Letter” (Pismo ljubavi).
- March 17th: Guest performance by Scena ASM from Niš with the play “Women in Red” (Žene u crvenom), starring Olga Odanović, Dubravka Mijatović, and Anastasia Mandić.
- March 22nd: Performance of “Seven Hours of Sunlight” (Sedam sati sunčeve svjetlosti) by Teatar na Brdu from Belgrade.
- March 30th: Performance of “Tre Sorele” by the Tivat Cultural Center.
Music and Ballet
- March 6th: The music program begins with the annual cycle “Composers from the Shadows,” dedicated this year to the famous French composer and pianist Louise Farrenc. Piano quintets No. 1 Op. 30 and No. 2 Op. 31 will be performed by a quintet consisting of Vladana Perović, Marija Đuranović, Uroš Lapčević, Ana Zakrajšek, and Zoran Zakrajšek.
- March 18th: As part of the “Young Talents” series, violist Iva Durković will present a concert titled “Past Forward,” featuring works by Rebecca Clarke, Henri Vieuxtemps, Mary Kouyoumdjian, and Enes Tahirović, accompanied by pianist Ana Pavićević.
- March 20th: Ballet performance “The Giving Tree” (Dobro drvo) performed by students of the “Vasa Pavić” Art School for Music and Ballet.
- March 23rd: A violin duo concert by Milutin Radulović and Jovan Mitrović, also part of the “Young Talents” series.
Film Program
- March 3rd: As part of the “Road to the Oscars” review, the Brazilian thriller “The Secret Agent” (2025) will be screened.
- March 7th: For the youngest audience, the dubbed animated story “Hoppers” (2026).
- March 22nd: The new adventure “Tom and Jerry: Forbidden Compass” (2025).
- March 25th: Joachim Trier’s new drama “Sentimental Value” (2025).
Literature and Talks
- March 7th: Opening of the art exhibition by Dragan Pečurica in the KIC hall.
- March 10th: An evening with author Vladimir Vujović, featuring his award-winning short story collection “Free Kicks” and the novel “Conversation with a Witch” (shortlisted for the NIN Award).
- March 19th: A lecture by Professor Georgios Stassinakis on “Nikos Kazantzakis and his connections with France,” organized by the Embassy of Greece, the French Institute, and SIANK.
- March 24th: The “Podgorica Stories” talk series will host music professor and conductor Saša Barjaktarović.
- March 26th: An evening dedicated to Fantasy Literature in Montenegro, featuring guest Marijana Terić and moderator Barbara Delać.
