
Two as one – fall in love with the theater!
February at the Montenegrin National Theater will be marked by the action “Two as one – fall in love with the theater”, which includes a 50% discount on tickets for all programs produced by CNP.
February will mark the jubilee 50th performance of the play “My Daughters” at the National Theater.
The play “My Daughters” by Maja Todorović was awarded as the best in the competition of the Montenegrin National Theater for a contemporary domestic dramatic text, and it premiered on May 17, 2016 on the Grand stage directed by Ana Vukotić. The set designer is Aleksandar Vukotić, the costume designer Leo Kulaš, the costume designer’s assistant is Lina Leković, Aleksandar Radunović Popaj did music, Sonja Vukićević is the choreographer of the play, Balša Poček is the playwright’s associate and the executive producer is Nela Otašević. The acting cast is: Vanja Jovićević, Mirko Vlahović, Varja Đukić, Slavko Kalezić, Dušan Kovačević, Goran Vujović, Stevan Radusinović, Slobodan Marunović, Danilo Čelebić, Zoran Vujović and Mišo Obradović.
On the first of February, the Podgorica audience will have the opportunity to see the play of the Royal Theater Zeta Home “Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf”, written by Edvard Olby directed by Paolo Magelli , while the next evening audience in Cetinje will see the latest production of the National Theater of “Bloody Moon” ,directed by Ana Đorđević.
Within february repertoire of Montenegrin National Theater will also be performed shows: “Death and a girl” by Ariel Dorfman directed by Goran Bulajić, “Fathers have built” by Boris Liješević, “Đokonda” by Viktor Lodat directed by Dušanka Belada, “Bloody Moon” by Ane Đorđević, “Youth without God” by Eden fon Horvat directed by Tara Manić, “Policemens” by Slavomir Mrožek directed by Aleksadar Jovanović and “Soul food” by Slavko Kalezić.
