January repertoire of Montenegrin National Theater consists of the plays “My Daughter”, “Cops”, “Boody Moon” and “Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf”.
“My Daughter”, that is by the text of Maja Todorović directed by Ana Vukotić, is on the repertoire on the 22. January at 20 h on the Big scene.
Set designer is Aleksandar Vukotić, costume designer- Leo Kulaš, assistant of the costume designer- Lina Leković, Aleksandar Radunović Popaj did music, Sonja Vukićević is the choreographer of the show, Balša Poček is associate in dramaturgy and executive producer of the show is Nela Otašević. The cast is: Vanja Jovićević, Mirko Vlahović, Varja Đukić, Slavko Kalezić, Dušan Kovačević, Goran Vujović, Stevan Radusinović, Slobodan Marunović, Danilo Čelebić, Zoran Vujović and Mišo Obradović.
Within January repertoire of the Montenegrin National Theater will also be performed show “Cops” bySlavomir Mrožek directed by Aleksandar Jovanović 25. and 26. January at 20h on Scene Studio.
Aleksandar Jovanović signs the text adaptation and choice of music, text is translated by Petar Vujičić, set designer is Ivanka Vana Prelević, costume designer is Lina Leković, and executive producer is Janja Ražnatović. Cast is : Srđan Grahovac, Dejan Ivanić, Radmila Božović, Aleksandar Gavranić and Davor Dragojević.
The newest production of the National Theater, “Bloody Moon”, that premiered on the 28. December, by text and directed by Ana Đorđević is on the repertoire on 28. and 31. January at 20 h on the Big scene.
Playwright is Stefan Bošković, costume designer- Svetlana Cvijanović, set designer- Ljubica Petrović, music is done by Ivana Čanović and Bojan Jovović, assistant od the director is Nataša Milićević, assistant of the costume designer is Gordana Bulatović and executive producer is Danilo Milatović. Ensemble of the show is: Sanja Vujisić, Nikola Perišić, Kristina Stevović Obradović, Aleksandar Gavranić, Filip Đuretić, Maša Božović, Stevan Vuković and Branka Otašević.
On the first of February, audience of Podgorica will have an opportunity to see the show of the Royal Theater Zetski Dom “Who is afraid of Virginia Wolf”, that is by text of Edvard Olbi directed by Paolo Mađeli.
In the show, Željka Udovičić-Pleština and Stela Mišković are in charge of the dramaturgy , and the cast is: Ana Vujošević, Dejan Ivanić, Ana Vučković, Miloš Pejović and Frano Mašković.
Besides directing, Paolo Mađeli signs costume design with Lina Leković, as well as light design with Mili Malović and Danilo Malović. Set designers are Lorenco Banci and Marko Petrović-Njegoš, composer is Ljupče Konstantinov, and assistant directors are Hana Rastoder and Milo Vučinić. Author of the translation is Željka Udovičić-Pleština.
On the occasion of marking the 19th. January, Library Day, throughout the month of January, free membership will be provided, both in the Library and in all its regional units.
Besides that, during this month all interested citizents and other users will be able to contribute to the growth of literary fond of the Library by joining the action of book donation. Everybody with a wish and need, can gift the Library a book for its birthday!
